A central workspace intended for office-based management of safety information, oversight and review.
GB-CMS is our practical compliance management framework: bringing important safety information together with clear responsibilities, review dates and evidence of completion.
A finding is only the beginning. The real work is allocating an action, keeping it visible and confirming that the control has been implemented.
GB-CMS is designed around this principle. We help organisations structure inspections, action registers, controlled documentation, training evidence, incident follow-up and management reporting. The implementation is tailored to the business and the tools available.

These five areas are covered by our existing company capability statement. The exact software automation, access controls and integration options require confirmation during a live demonstration.
Record observations, prioritise findings, assign owners and due dates, collect evidence and document verification before closing actions.
Maintain a structured library of policies, procedures, RAMS and registers with appropriate revision, approval and review information.
Organise competence records, identify first-aid and role-specific training gaps and keep refresher planning visible.
Record events, causes, learning and corrective actions. Use consistent categorisation to identify repeat issues and support management reviews.
Present open actions, inspection outcomes and incidents in useful management summaries, including for multi-site operations and ISO preparation.
Set up the management approach around actual operations, define owners and reporting cycles, and review whether the information supports effective control.
Example: damaged warehouse racking protection identified during a routine inspection.
Identify interim controls, a named owner, priority, target date and evidence required.
Check the repair evidence and confirm the implemented action before marking it closed.
The scenario is illustrative. It is not an actual client record.
The current configuration provides a desktop-oriented management application for office teams and a separate, simplified mobile reporting option. The full mobile-friendly management interface is still being developed.
A central workspace intended for office-based management of safety information, oversight and review.
A separate reporting-focused interface intended to support submissions away from the office. The full range of available submission types will be confirmed in a tailored demonstration.
A responsive version of the wider management interface is planned but is not yet advertised as available.
We use example data in public materials. Individual platform permissions, integrations and hosting arrangements are confirmed before any client deployment.
Future additions explored within our business plan include a secure client portal, learning management system and AI-assisted workflows with consultant oversight.
Roadmap items — not advertised as available functionality.
We can demonstrate example workflows and explain how the framework would be configured for your workplace. We do not publish production client dashboards, incident records or login details on this website.
No. A management system helps organise evidence and actions but cannot replace competent technical advice, management responsibilities or effective operational controls.
Multi-site reporting and action oversight form part of the GB-CMS management framework. Available software permissions, views and integrations would be confirmed during the demonstration.
Mobile workflows are being developed. We will confirm which functions are supported on mobile before including them in any client proposal.
Structured document control, internal audits, corrective actions, competence and management review can help support management systems aligned to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Certification is always awarded by an independent certification body.
